Mobility Plus has achieved 5 Stars with our family! Phil was AWESOME! We first purchased a motorized wheelchair and came back weeks later to purchase a lift chair for my 96 year old father. These items have changed his life tremendously. Phil's recommendations for my father were excellent! He asked questions to get to know our father and our family dynamics, home structure etc. Phill even came to visit to ensure that his recommendations were appropriate for Dad, prior to our purchase and to measure. He then returned after each purchase to ensure that my Dad was happy with his new equipment. Phil went above and beyond the call of duty to make Dad comfortable and happy, especially because Dad was not ready for this new lifestyle.Phil handled Dad with compassion, grace and ease. Phil is always available to answer questions and responds quickly to messages. Phil and Joe provided excellent customer service and their support has been on-going. Phil created a relationships with our family. We were not just customers. That means a lot to me. Mobility Plus is a great establishment. Service with a smile and not aggressive. There is no need to go anywhere else!

Mobility Plus has it all for your mobility needs: product and service. I have an old transport chair that I started to use after a fall. The brakes weren't working very well and the chair was dangerous because it would move when I sat down or stood up. Phil, one of the owners, fixed it for me while I waited. When I started talking with Phil, I learned that he is a Physical Therapist whose goal is to help people stay independent within their own homes. To that end, this store had a great selection of scooters, wheelchairs and walkers ready for you to try out. They also had all kinds of accessories to facilitate mobility. AND if you need help getting a walker or rollator adjusted for your height, as a Physical Therapist, Phil would be the perfect person to do that for you. I also need to get something to help me transport a wheelchair. Phil was very knowledgeable about the options and I feel confident that he will be able to help me select the right setup for me and my SUV when I'm ready to buy. This store is equiped with enough options ready for you to tryout. I didn't feel like Phil was trying to sell me something but was truly trying to help me determine what would best suit my needs. So if you want to go to a place that has good inventory and great service, Mobility Plus in Solon is the place to go!

We've had a fantastic experience working with Phil. He answered my initial call about needing a knee scooter after breaking my ankle. He helped us that same day when many other local medical supply locations were closed. When I realized I also needed a mobility aid to feel safe transferring from the toilet to the knee scooter (after ripping out a toilet paper holder out of the wall) he helped my husband find the right option and even came out and installed it for a very reasonable price. With all of his experience previously being a physical therapy provider -- you couldn't ask for a more knowledgeable resource. Grateful for all the help!
