Battery Check
Bring in your batteries, or the whole machine, and we will check your batteries for FREE. This service test is the best way to make sure your batteries are still in good working order! You can come to our location during our normal business hours for a free battery check.

Battery Installation
We will install your new batteries and properly dispose of your old batteries when you purchase your batteries through Mobility Plus Orlando Theme Parks. Simply stop by our showroom/service center with your equipment and old batteries, and we will install your new batteries for free!

In-store Diagnostic
We are mobility experts that want to use our knowledge to uncover any issues with your mobility equipment. You’re welcome to visit our showroom/service center for a quick diagnostic of your machine. We will first test your batteries for FREE to determine if that is the underlying issue. If we find that the batteries are working properly, we will perform a complete series of diagnostic tests to determine what is causing any issues with your equipment.

My family and I decided to make a very very last minute trip to Disney last weekend and I had less than 24 hours notice. The awesome team was able to get a scooter to my hotel the very next day and it ran so much better than any ECV I’ve rented from the parks. Great place to rent a scooter from. Easy pick up at the Hard Rock hotel. Super easy to drop off on day of departure. Scooter worked perfectly. Battery was great throughout the park days! Light weight and easy to drive around for my grandmother. We are coming back down in May and will be using this company again. Communication was great via email, too. Would recommend anyone considering mobility devices to rent from this company!

What a great experience for my scooter rental. Not only did they drop off at one location and pick up at another, I lost my key in the amusement park and within the hour I was met with a new key. Being a veteran I always prefer to work with veteran owned businesses, this time was not any different. Superb customer service, excellent, clean equipment and just Superior service all the way around. I will definitely use again on my next trip to Florida. The battery lasted from early morning all the way through evening, I even went 2 days without a charge and everything was great. You will not go wrong using mobility Plus for your needs

Last minute scooter rental pickup same day. Truly thankful for this company and to be able to support this business. Accommodated us for our request to come pick up a scooter within an hour of us calling to take to disney. Kyle had it prepped outside for us to have the easiest pickup ever. We were able to rent it out for the whole day and the battery charge barely moved and lasted all day. Very easy and lightweight to drive. Thanks Kyle and thank you to your business and accommodating us so smoothly and efficiently.

This is the absolute best place to rent a scooter! Very polite and respectful! I will ONLY pick this place! My husband is a veteran and has serious problems with his legs and back. We looked at several places to rent a scooter for a reasonable and fair price to hold his weight and would last us the entire day. This was the only place that fit our budget and needs! We had a problem with our scooter after a day but then called to have it addressed and this company fixed it in our time and schedule and it couldn't of been better! Thank you so much for your help and patience!! 5 star all around!!
