Mobility plus was very helpful! My 90 year old father in law late last year experienced some health issues and had to come stay with us at our house on very short notice! I called mobility plus and they were able to provide a fully electric chair brand new that would help him get to his feet, watch tv and sleep. He needed quite a bit of assistance. They came and installed it quickly, provided a rental option and then eventually a buy option which we took advantage of. We were able to get him into assisted living and they came back and moved the chair to the new facility! Helpful, responsive and treated us very well! Based on my experience I would strongly recommend!!!!!!

Gandhi was a total pleasure to deal with, very professional , helpful and accommodating. I injuried my right foot and wasn’t able to bear weight. Getting around on crutches was getting to be too much. He delivered the scooter and ramp within a couple of hours. I would highly recommend anyone in need of a scooter in the house to not hesitate to give Mobility Plus a call. You won’t regret it!

His deep knowledge, hands-on experience, and technical understanding of mobility aids were immediately apparent. He took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly and with genuine care. What truly stood out was the level of service. The day after our visit, we had a follow-up question but didn’t leave a message. To our surprise, Mr. Ghandi took the initiative to call us back just to check in—something you rarely see these days. That thoughtfulness and professionalism ultimately gave us the confidence to move forward with the purchase of a mobility scooter. While we haven’t needed any service yet, Mr. Ghandi has already earned our trust. I needed elevating leg rests for a borrowed Jazzy for my daughters upcoming wedding. Turns out they don’t make them any longer and getting the special parts were a little difficult. Mobility Plus took care of ordering it and delivering/installation from almost 2 HOURS away. After working on the installation for several hours, he discovered the part was faulty. He was able to get a new part and return successfully to install within 2 days. Thank you to Mr Gandhi and his father for going the extra distance to be sure I am able to traverse the wedding venue this weekend. I highly recommend Mobility Plus if you have any wheelchair or scooter needs!

I rented two mobility scooters for a day to take a pair of senior ladies to Longwood gardens. The staff was friendly and efficient they explained how to use the scooters in easy to understand instructions. The staff loaded them into my van and unloaded when I returned them. It was a perfect transaction.I highly recommend.
