It is rare that you come across an establishment where every comment is positive; but the five stars for Mobility Plus are well deserved! I would like to give a shout out to the Gandhi family. From Mr. Gandhi to his wife and son, I received nothing but impeccable service from very knowledgeable owners. I was surprised when Mr. Gandhi said their Mobility Plus location has been established for just a year, as our visit felt like being a guest in their home; not only did they let us keep warm in their office after hours while waiting for our return ride, but I received a sweet ‘hope you made it home safely’ text later in the evening. They even presented me with a Christmas bottle of French red wine (for which I’m still trying to get a corkscrew!). As for their business, no question went unanswered and any accommodations were taken care of immediately. And Mr. Gandhi? You were 100% correct, the Nova half pillow does wonders for my back! If you are in or near the Norristown area, please stop by Mobility Plus for equipment and installations; I only wish I had known about them when my mother was alive and needed supplies! Karen Watson

I rented two mobility scooters for a day to take a pair of senior ladies to Longwood gardens. The staff was friendly and efficient they explained how to use the scooters in easy to understand instructions. The staff loaded them into my van and unloaded when I returned them. It was a perfect transaction.I highly recommend.

Exceptional Service & Expertise – Highly Recommended! We had an outstanding experience at Mobility Plus, a family-owned showroom run by Mr. Ghandi. His deep knowledge, hands-on experience, and technical understanding of mobility aids were immediately apparent. He took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly and with genuine care. What truly stood out was the level of service. The day after our visit, we had a follow-up question but didn’t leave a message. To our surprise, Mr. Ghandi took the initiative to call us back just to check in—something you rarely see these days. That thoughtfulness and professionalism ultimately gave us the confidence to move forward with the purchase of a mobility scooter. While we haven’t needed any service yet, Mr. Ghandi has already earned our trust. We wholeheartedly recommend Mobility Plus to anyone seeking honest advice, excellent customer care, and quality mobility solutions.

I needed elevating leg rests for a borrowed Jazzy for my daughters upcoming wedding. Turns out they don’t make them any longer and getting the special parts were a little difficult. Mobility Plus took care of ordering it and delivering/installation from almost 2 HOURS away. After working on the installation for several hours, he discovered the part was faulty. He was able to get a new part and return successfully to install within 2 days. Thank you to Mr Gandhi and his father for going the extra distance to be sure I am able to traverse the wedding venue this weekend. I highly recommend Mobility Plus if you have any wheelchair or scooter needs!

We got my husband Golden lift chair 2nd hand. And was not long enough for my husband. He is 6”3. I called three other Golden dealer and they told me they are not making this chair. And they could not get the extension part we needed. I call Mobility Plus and I heard quickly that they could order the part. Did not take long to get it in and is being mailed to me today. I was treated so great by both people I spoke to. They were both so kind and helpful. We will definitely do busy with this company again. I wish all companies did business as professionally like they do. Thank you Mobility Plus.
