Recently I was able to have contact with Scott regarding having a stairlift installed at a friend's house. He was professional and very informative, and once the decision was made to install, the process was completed in a timely manner. He later was able to provide a power chair for the same friend. If you are looking for anything related to mobility equipment, don't look any further . . . Scott's your man. Scott has sold and maintained mobility scooters and power wheelchairs for my family for many years. He has always, without exception, been thorough, knowledgeable, and above all responsive, including after-hours and holiday repairs and maintenance. Scott is keenly aware of how much we depend on these machines to maintain an independent existence, and has never failed to help us out as quickly as he can when we have had to call on him.

Scott is a great man. He goes over and beyond for his customers. Scott and his crew installed a stair chair lift for me today. Scott and his crew were very respectful and made sure everything was installed correctly and worked correctly. Scott hisself did the first ride to make sure everything was safe, before he let me on. I was help by Scott and Teresa. They were very nice. They had a little dog name Piggy or Ziggy -I think. Scott informed they had scotter 1400 to 2400. You can rent them as well. Which is good for short term. Which is useful for my dad. Thank you. They did have a bathroom.

i have to say we were a little disappointed, we had spoken with Scott last week on the phone, we were impressed with his knowledge, friendliness, he was. veteran. so we drove an hour and 20 minutes to check out mobility scooters. Apparently Scott was busy, a young guy was there, that didn’t seem quite as outgoing or knowledgable, perhaps just us. But we had to work harder to get questions answered. They no longer had the model we wanted on the floor, and frankly didn’t seem interested in ordering us one???? We will keep looking but not at Mobility Plus.
