Mobility Plus Northeast Columbia recently helped a customer in Hemingway, South Carolina, find and purchase an EZLift Bed™ – Deluxe Sleep To Stand Bed Twin XL, providing both the equipment and white glove delivery service to the customer's home approximately 2½ hours from our Columbia, SC location.
The customer had originally reached out to several mobility and medical equipment companies closer to her home in the Hemingway area but was unable to find a company that could both process the bed order and provide delivery to her home. Rather than allowing the distance to become a barrier, our team worked with her remotely throughout the entire process.

Over approximately two months, our team worked closely with the customer by phone and through virtual consultations to help her determine which bed would best fit her needs.
During the decision-making process, we:

Fast Ordering & Delivery
Once the customer made her decision, she placed a 50% deposit, allowing us to move forward with ordering the bed.
The bed arrived at our location just three days after the order was placed. We then coordinated the delivery with the customer and scheduled her white glove delivery approximately two days after the bed arrived.
Because this customer lived roughly 2½ hours away, our team coordinated the logistics to ensure the bed could be delivered directly to her home and set up through our white glove delivery service.
