I want to give a shoutout to Mobility Plus for their absolutely exceptional customer service! I made my first visit recently and was warmly greeted and helped with my purchase. When one of the items I needed was not in stock, they took my number and called me a few days later to inform me that it was available. When I returned, they performed what turned out to be a rather challenging service on my rollator that I certainly couldn’t have accomplished on my own. Although I was making only a small purchase (grips for my rollator and a couple of canes), I was treated like a very important customer.

I called them out of the blue after purchasing a Golden Lift Recliner on FB Marketplace that stopped working after 6 weeks at about 3:00 on a Friday of a Holiday weekend. They got a service tech out the same afternoon to make sure I could watch the first weekend of college football in my comfy chair. I will NEVER shop for mobility products anywhere else! A++ for customer care and general helpful nature. I will never do business for mobility elsewhere.

Today, I contacted Mobility Plus looking for a rental wheelchair while waiting on insurance authorization. Instead of focusing on my rental questions, the phone conversation turned into what felt like a sales pitch for repairing my current chair. My husband drove 45 minutes to view a potential rental, but modifications were needed, and we later learned there was an issue with the footplate bolt. This review isn’t about the equipment issue. It’s about how I was treated. The gentleman I spoke with made me feel as though my disability meant I couldn’t understand or communicate my own needs. I live with my disability every day, and I know what accommodations I need. Asking questions is how I advocate for myself, and I deserve to be treated with respect. Disabled people deserve to be heard, not talked down to.

Outstanding service and quality people! After my wife broke her leg and could not make it up stairs into our house, we needed a temporary ramp installed. The team from Mobility Plus were sincerely great—from the first telephone contact, to scheduling the installation, to the removal of the ramp when the need was over. Everything was done with professionalism and courtesy. And the aluminum ramp was *exactly* what we needed, and was installed in a couple hours. This company is my new go-to for medical supply needs.

My experience with Mobility Plus was fantastic. When I purchased a stair lift for our home in Columbia, they came out to do the measurements for the chair lift so that it would fit properly on our staircase. As soon as the stairlift arrived I notified Mobility Plus and within 10 minutes it was scheduled to be installed in two days. Rodney, Devyn and Liam were the install team and they were great, you could tell that they knew what they were doing, they did it efficiently and with very little disturbance to the rest of the house. I highly recommend Mobility Plus.
