Called and talked with Brian about a stairlift. He asked questions about my stairs and what I needed. We settled on the one I wanted and served my needs and ordered it for me. He was very kind and knowledgeable. Travis and Brian came to my house and did a great job of installing it. Travis and Holly came back to make sure our hand rails were safe for my wife. I placed a call for a stair chair consultation due to my mother having a knee injury and was unable to go up or down the stairs in our home. Prompt response from Mobility Plus resulted in next day installation which was very easy and quick! They understood the urgency that was needed and did not let us down. I’m so thankful for Mobility Plus Johnson City. Climbing the stairs was becoming harder and more dangerous for me, but they helped me find the perfect stair lift for my home. While visiting their showroom, I also tried out several mobility scooters and found one that makes it easy to get around the neighborhood and the grocery store. Their team even installed a ramp at my front door, so I can come and go safely. Everyone was kind, patient, and professional. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to stay safe and independent at home!
