We offer a wide range of maintenance services to help you stay mobile from battery replacement to installations. We can visit your work, home, or you can even bring us the product for maintenance in the store for immediate help. We can service all types of mobility products, including:

Bring in your batteries, or the whole machine, and we will check your batteries and charger. You can call for an appointment to make sure the tech is on site or drop off your mobility device. (865) 253-7757
We will install your new batteries and properly dispose of your old batteries when you purchase your batteries through Mobility Plus Knoxville. Simply stop by our showroom/service center with your equipment and old batteries, and we will install your new batteries!
If you're unable to come to us — we are happy to come to you! In-home diagnostic fees will apply.

We are mobility experts that want to use our knowledge to uncover any issues with your mobility equipment. You're welcome to visit our showroom/service center for a quick diagnostic of your machine. We will first test your batteries to determine if that is the underlying issue. If we find that the batteries are working properly, we will perform a complete series of diagnostic tests to determine what is causing any issues with your equipment. Diagnostic Test starts at $75 in store.

We offer in-home diagnostic services for those who do not have the means to visit our showroom/service center. We begin with a battery test to ensure your batteries are fully functional. Once that’s completed, we will perform field diagnostic tests to attempt to determine what is causing the issue with your equipment. We were in a pinch when our son had unexpected knee surgery before the Luke Combs concert. Hannah was so helpful and kind. She went out of her way to make it work for us, even after dealing with a really rude customers before us. The wheelchair we got was in great condition and clean. She showed us how to attach the foot rests and made the whole process super easy! Thank you so much, Hannah!!

An amazing store with superb service! Lots of product solutions to choose from depending your physical needs. We purchased 4 mobility pieces of equipment in the last year. All were a great price and each one was fit to my physical size for optimum benefit. Hannah and team are just fabulous to work with!!! Call or stop by their store if you find yourself needing a piece of mobility equipment to make your life easier! Don't buy another device without checking out Mobility Plus first. You won't be disappointed.

This may be one of the best businesses I have ever dealt with, and I am not exaggerating. Hanna and David have gone above and beyond in assisting with my scooter. I live about 100 miles from their store and I probably pass at least 5 other scooter stores on my way. I will gladly keep on passing by to do business with them. I have had to have my scooter in twice and they always go over everything, checking it out for me. They act like I am doing them a favor doing business with them, when the truth is they are doing me a favor. I know I may sound over the top, but I mean every word. I wish every business was this good.

⭐⭐ 2 Stars I scheduled an appointment with Mobility Plus for a stairlift estimate. On the day of the appointment they called to cancel, explaining there were personal issues going on. That’s understandable — things happen. However, they told me they would call back that evening to reschedule, and they never did. I later texted to ask about scheduling and received no response. After being told they would follow up, the lack of communication was frustrating. Since we needed the project to move forward, we ended up contacting other stairlift companies and scheduled with one of their competitors instead. They made that money instead of mobility Plus. First impressions were positive, but reliability and communication matter a lot when someone is waiting on accessibility equipment. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen here. They lost my business and further referrals.
