Our Story
Mobility Plus Inwood is locally owned and operated by the Sayre Family. Justin and Julie Sayre have share their interest in healthcare and helping others since getting married. Julie is a lifelong resident of Berkeley County and they are now raising two school age children in the same loving community.

Justin Sayre
With a strong background in medical sales, athletic training, and healthcare consulting, Justin Sayre brings a wealth of expertise to Mobility Plus. A West Virginia University graduate, Justin, spent over eight years as Surgical Sales Consultant providing technical expertise and building relationships with healthcare professionals. Prior to that, he worked extensively in athletic training at Shepherd University, overseeing healthcare for collegiate athletes, developing injury prevention programs, and coordinating rehabilitation efforts. Now, as the owner of Mobility Plus, Justin is committed to helping individuals regain their independence through high-quality mobility solutions, offering expertise in mobility scooters, lift chairs, adjustable beds, and home accessibility products. His passion for improving lives drives his mission to provide the best mobility solutions for those in need.
Julie Sayre
Julie Sayre, MA, LSW, LMFT, is a dedicated and clinically licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Social Worker with over a decade of experience in medical social work. As the Social Services Manager at local hospice, she oversees social work, bereavement, and chaplain services, ensuring compassionate care for individuals with life-limiting illnesses and their families. Julie has a strong background in end-of-life care, grief counseling, and pediatric hospice services. She holds a Master's in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Connecticut and has experience as an adjunct professor and child protective services worker. While she continues working in end-of-life care, Julie is also committed to empowering people with mobility needs to maintain independence and go where they want to go.

Following back surgery, I needed short term use of a lift chair. I had tried to find rentals from 4 other medical supply and rental companies in the area without luck. I reached out to Mobility Plus after-hours and Justin got back to me within an hour! He had a very reasonably priced option lined up for me and ready to deliver the next day to Winchester. A neighbor ended up coming showing up with a chair, so I can't speak to the quality and service of the rental but given the initial contact and follow up we were ready to move forward. A great option for short term medical equipment needs in Winchester!

I had a great experience renting a wheel chair from here, for my grandmother for vacation. I originally rented a generic wheel chair, but when I went to pick it up, Justin offered another chair for same price that would better benefit our needs. It made packing and travel 100% easier. He went over all the details before letting me leave, so I had full understanding. He made the whole experience easy. I highly recommend Mobility Plus. I will continue to return for anymore needs for my grandmother in the future.

Thank u Jesus for this person who owns this place and gave me freedom to move around on our farm and vacation. The prices blew me away for rentals. The customer service so kind. The ability to travel with this easier than I thought. The ability for this wheelchair to get around was great! I was getting depressed at the idea of having to sit around any longer I just wanted to be outside walking at the pace of everyone else without help and this gave me that freedom. In all my humbleness in this situation thank u! Thank u for the freedom to move I so desperately needed for my own sanity in waiting to heal.
