I purchased a Jazzy power chair in March of 2025 the bracket that holds the joy stick controller broke at the bend I have waited 3 plus weeks and was finally told that it is on back order. Their customer service is poor at best. I hav to call pride to gat a date when the part will be available

Tony and his team are fabulous! I purchased a Pride electric scooter. Tony took the time to make sure we knew how to operate it. I know if anything doesn't work, he will take care of it. I don't buy products like this online because there is no customer support. I am sure assembling a scooter is a nightmare! In the store we made sure it was a good fit. A 5 star experience. Wow! What a great experience with Eennie and this mobility store. We can down from Tucson mostly because of their customer service. Prices are comparable but again the way she handles things is different than what we’ve experienced. Five stars for sure!

Great staff. Very friendly, professional and helpful. However shame on me for not researching the price of the product I purchased. I bought a 3 wheel scooter for my wife that is a good fit for her. I definitely should’ve researched it first, however. I paid 350-400 dollars more than I could’ve gotten it for online. Yes the convenience of try first and already assembled, etc.is a plus but not 400.00 worth. I guess the bottom line is I give the staff 5 stars and myself 1 star for lack of due diligence. Fully research your scooter prices before deciding how and where to buy. Do you want it assembled now or save a few bucks and get it in 3-5 days?

Eennie is the best! Whenever, I speak to her she is very patient, kind, and knowledgeable. She answers all my questions. If she doesn't know something she will find out, and get back to me. I like to take my time, and research all options before buying. When we are ready to make a purchase we will definitely buy at Mobility Plus, with Eennie.
