I have nothing but great things to say about Brian and Mobility Plus! I have rented a power chair or scooter from them multiple times and have never had any issues. Equipment is well maintained and Brian is very flexible on pick-up and delivery.

I am incredibly impressed with the service and communication at Mobility Plus in Boise. I worked with Brian. I let him know I was out of state and my mother was in a facility near him. I let him know what I thought I needed and he went over my options. He narrowed things down for me, went to her facility, set up the product for her, showed her how to use it and sent me a photograph of her smiling face to boot!!! I cannot thank you enough for the amazing service and assistance. Should she need further products you can provide I will definitely be coming to you!!!

If I could give 10 stars I would, Brian was incredible accommodating me while I was visiting during a convention. The electric wheelchair was ideal for what I needed to get around in Boise. Customer service beyond what I've received in so many years. Amazing service amazing wheelchair Thank you very much for all your help look forward to doing business with you again
