We went in today to get prices and look for a mobility scooter for my husband. We needed something that I can load and unload in/out of our SUV. The staff were friendly and very informative. We decided on one that worked for easy transport and price. We set up delivery for Thursday. We were 2 miles away and received a call that they could deliver it this afternoon. They arrived 10 minutes after we got home. He showed me then watched me place the ramp in our doorway. He stayed while my husband did a test run. We highly recommended this store for your needsZ

My wife and I just had a Highlander II VPL (vertical platform lift) installed by Mobility Plus of Grand Rapids. Ali, Waseem, and Lawrence did a super job on the installation! The lift works perfect for my wife Kitty. She has more freedom now moving in and out of the house into the garage area which before the lift was a difficult 3 step process. This lift takes up very little space which a ramp would have taken much more space in the garage or along the front of the house. She doesn’t need to go outside at all to get into a car. A special thanks to Ali for walking us through the entire process from technical, pricing, and installation. He was there for the entire process beginning to end. My mom broke her ankle and was in desperate need of some retail therapy. We called mobility plus to rent a scooter for the day. They were so helpful from the first phone call, to picking up the scooter, and drop off. They helped load the scooter in and out of the car. They made sure she had the comfiest seat and largest basket. We were able to take a video of the employee putting the scooter together so we knew how to do it ourselves. The scooter only needed to be charged once during our time at the mall. It was super easy for my mom to navigate. She had so much fun and best of all, we had some great quality time together shopping. We wouldn’t have been able to do it without Mobility Plus. I can’t believe this wonderful service was only $25!!! I highly recommend supporting this business.

We’re traveling across the country and had an issue with my husband‘s mobility scooter. Mobility Plus was open and able to take us without an appointment!! They were able to diagnose the problem, fix it quickly, and they were also able to replace the wheels on a Rollator. They were more than helpful, more than nice, and we got the best service ever! We ended up buying two additional items in their store that we found would be very helpful. If you ever have mobility needs with your equipment please go there!
