Steve and Kit and the team at Mobility Plus in Milwaukee are just amazing people. You can tell they are in this business to really help and care for people. We were visiting from out of state and my husband was in a horrible accident. We had to stay in Wisconsin for 3 months to rehab. Steve found us the perfect power chair that we really wanted, at a great price. He didn't need to go the extra mile, but he did for us. They were super helpful and went out of their way including showing me how to drive it and load it in the van. I would highly recommend them for any of your medical mobility needs. I am 81 just moved from Fl to Madison Wisconsin. My wheelchair lift broke and I contacted every place around here and nobody could even see me for over a week. Not being able to walk that was not good. I researched on line and found this wonderful place. Was told they were fully booked however if i came in they would look at it Even though almost an hour and half away I went. Not only did they make the time to see me, they said although it didn't appear to be fixable if I could come back the next day they would overnight some parts. And if they didn't work he wasn't going to charge me for them. The next mornings they dropped everything and praise God were able to get the lift working. I wanted to give them a $50.00 tip but he wouldn't accept it. After bickering a bit he agreed to let me buy the staff some donuts. Even though I am almost an hour and half away,I will come back here for anything else I need. Thank you is not enough to express how great these guys are.
I highly recommend Mobility Plus Milwaukee. While my Dad was alive, Steve provided exceptional customer service to him. When Dad's mobility scooter battery ran low, Steve delivered and replaced it in a timely fashion. When there was any difficulty with Dad's scooter, Steve responded right away, trouble shooting and providing a loaner as needed. Steve is very personable, Dad really enjoyed talking with him. After Dad died, we asked Mobility Plus to resell his scooter. They picked up the scooter, sold it, and provided payment promptly. I am grateful for the exceptional customer service this business has provided over the years.
My mother’s $2400+ Golden Technologies lift recliner wasn’t fully functioning and we didn’t want to replace it, because it is so comfortable. I reached out to a couple repair companies. Mobility Plus of Greater Milwaukee said they could come the next day. Her chair was fixed within 24 hours of my initial call. She needed a new remote. From the person scheduling to the technician, the customer service was outstanding! And, they had great pricing! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company.
