A daughter reached out to us on a Tuesday on behalf of her mother, who needed a safer and more dependable way to access her home. They initially had a temporary ramp in place, but due to her mother’s stability concerns and the upkeep required, they wanted a more permanent, low-maintenance solution that would provide greater security and peace of mind.
