Project Overview
We recently installed a Harmar AL690 Hybrid Vehicle Lift for a customer who wanted a safe, simple way to transport his folding powerchair — and ultimately get back to doing things on his terms.
Customer Story & Transformation
About a month ago, the customer visited our showroom with a friend, just to explore options. He wasn’t sure any mobility device could truly help him. Because of his mobility needs, he worried he wouldn’t be able to run errands or visit friends on his own anymore.
But everything changed after that visit.
His friend rented him the folding powerchair he liked most — and he absolutely loved it. It gave him comfort, control, and renewed confidence. After purchasing the powerchair, he asked us:
“Is there a way I can get this into my van without having to travel from the back to the front on foot?”
We were determined to find a solution that fit his needs.
