Battery Check
Bring in your batteries, or the whole machine, and we will check your batteries for FREE to make sure they are in perfect working order! You can come to our location during business hours for a free battery check - no appointment necessary.
Service Fee: FREE
Battery Installation
When you purchase your batteries through us while in our showroom and service center, we will install your new battery and properly dispose of your old battery. If you’re unable to come to us, we are happy to come to you, though our in-home diagnostic fees will apply.
Service Fee: $25 with in-store battery purchase / $75 if batteries were not purchased from us
In-store Diagnostic
You're welcome to come visit our showroom and service center for a diagnostic of your medical mobility product. First, we will test your battery for free, then if the battery isn't the issue, we will perform diagnostic testing.
Service Fee: $150/hr (billed per quarter hour after the first hour)
In-home Diagnostic
We will come to your home or office to diagnose the issue. We begin with a battery test to ensure your batteries are fully functional. Once that’s completed, we will perform the same level of service as one of our in-store diagnostics with portable computers and diagnostic tools.
Service Fee: $150/hr (includes travel time, billed per quarter hour after the first hour)
Disinfect and Sanitize
Service Fee: In-Store: Flat Rate $85, In-Home: Flate Rate $150

I can’t say enough positive things about this company. We needed a power chair quickly due to my husband has ALS and his power chair stopped working. They were kind and helpful from the first point of contact. The chair was delivered on an employee’s day off just to make sure we received it.They go out of their way to help you get the best equipment for your situation. Mobility Plus was Spectacular ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, I had an Rolled Ankle the Doctor said that had me in a BOOT for 4 weeks.... I bought tickets to the South Carolina State Fair 2025 and I needed a wheelchair or Something so I could take my 5 year old to the Fair.... Mobility Plus was right there on the spot with their Awesome Employees and Service to help Me for what I needed... Yes there are My Number #1 when I need to rent a Scooter 👍👍... Great customer service! They were really good with communicating with me regarding my options and prices for an aluminum ramp. They even followed up with me while I was comparing other companies but I didn’t feel pressured at all from them. Once I selected them to do the job they came out and completed the work in the same week! Can’t recommend them enough.
