They delivered the equipment and once again patiently and knowledgeably explained all directions, making us quite comfortable operating the “Pride 2 Mobility scooter”. Could not be more pleased with the service from the team at Mobility Plus Milwaukee. My father Jim was concerned about the batteries in his scooter and the owner (I think Steve?) found time to travel to his apartment within a couple of days, confirm the battery issue, replace the batteries and even showed him an easier location on the scooter to charge from. All for a very very reasonable price. Everyone I spoke to there was so helpful and accommodating. Cannot recommend highly enough and I know where we will be going when my dad wants to upgrade. Needed a replacement power chair. Went online called a few places and was impressed with Steve st Mobility Plus so ordered from there. Before my chair came in my old chair stopped working and Steve loaned me a chair. They were very helpful with all my questions and delivery of my new chair by 2 very knowledgeable, and nice guys. I went in to purchase a mobility scooter for my mom; Tom and Steve were great to work with. They were through and professional, and I never felt pressured. This location of Mobility Plus is family owned and operated and I the top notch service I received feels like something from a bygone era. Highly recommend.

Mobility Plus gives you the opportunity you must have to touch, feel, operate, and get expert advice to make the best selection to fit your individual needs. Steve and crew clearly have your best interest as the first priority. If you want, you can research online until you're overwhelmed with the myriad choices, but come to Mobility Plus to purchase the choice that's best for you. Then you can drive away with a fully assembled and charged unit with local service and support. Update: After the excellent service for the scooter, we had Mobility Plus install a stair lift in our home. The installation was done by Steve and son in a mere three hours and has worked flawlessly since. The work was done cleanly and professionally, and as before, with our best interest as their top priority. Highly recommended.
