Our services

Battery Check
Bring in your batteries, or the whole machine, and we will check your batteries and charger. You can call for an appointment to make sure the tech is on site or drop off your mobility device. (865) 253-7757
Battery Installation
We will install your new batteries and properly dispose of your old batteries when you purchase your batteries through Mobility Plus Knoxville. Simply stop by our showroom/service center with your equipment and old batteries, and we will install your new batteries!
If you're unable to come to us — we are happy to come to you! In-home diagnostic fees will apply.
In-store Diagnostic
We are mobility experts that want to use our knowledge to uncover any issues with your mobility equipment. You're welcome to visit our showroom/service center for a quick diagnostic of your machine. We will first test your batteries to determine if that is the underlying issue. If we find that the batteries are working properly, we will perform a complete series of diagnostic tests to determine what is causing any issues with your equipment. Diagnostic Test starts at $75 in store.
In-home Diagnostic
We offer in-home diagnostic services for those who do not have the means to visit our showroom/service center. We begin with a battery test to ensure your batteries are fully functional. Once that’s completed, we will perform field diagnostic tests to attempt to determine what is causing the issue with your equipment. If necessary, we will bring the equipment back to our service facility for additional testing and to perform necessary repairs. Please call to schedule your in-home diagnostic testing. This may be one of the best businesses I have ever dealt with, and I am not exaggerating. Hanna and David have gone above and beyond in assisting with my scooter. I live about 100 miles from their store and I probably pass at least 5 other scooter stores on my way. I will gladly keep on passing by to do business with them. I have had to have my scooter in twice and they always go over everything, checking it out for me. They act like I am doing them a favor doing business with them, when the truth is they are doing me a favor. I know I may sound over the top, but I mean every word. I wish every business was this good.

Recently went to Mobility Plus Knoxville, on Rutledge Pike. Their Showroom is mind blowing, they do not have every Mobility Scooter & Wheelchair option on the planet, but they have a lot of options. I was rather impressed to be honest. I went to get my Electric Wheelchair serviced and fell in love with a Model that is a better overall option for me. However, the Onsite Service Tech, is knowledgeable and helpful as well. They have more options of the products they sale and rental out. They offer Mobility Recliners, Beds, Ramps, Walkers, Lifts and much more. Mobility Plus Knoxville is great, I will be back again to see them, I like the 4WD Scooters myself. Their store is clean, plenty of parking including Handicap spaces, Wheelchair accessible as well, and The Staff are friendly & helpful. Leave us a Like (below) if you read the review.

I wanted to thank the Mobility Plus team for a very easy reservation process, delivery of the scooter to our hotel, and all-around excellent experience. The covenience of having the scooter already delivered to the Hampton Inn hotel (by the TYS airport) and available when we arrived was perfect! Being able to leave it there upon our departure was great, too! We had the scooter for 5 days, and the rental fee was amazingly inexpensive!! Thank you for making our time in Knoxville easy!!
