I ordered a scooter online for a conference I attended in Lancaster. The online process was quick and easy, although I could not find a space on the form to indicate my delivery information. When I called the store for assistance, Boone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My rental was fully charged and waiting for me at the hotel when I arrived. It was my first time using a mobility scooter, but was easy enough to figure out how to maneuver it. The company picked up the unit after I left. Pricing is reasonable. I was very pleased with my experience and highly recommend Mobility Plus of Lancaster.
