Mobility Plus Lexington

Paid a visit to this mobility store to learn more about the options for scooters & power chairs, but also other mobility equipment like wheelchairs, ramps and safety aids, and chair lifts. The staff was knowledgeable, and was able to answer all my questions, and handle our needs.

I highly recommend this place due to its personalized customer service. I brought a very invalid father to look at lift chairs. They brought him a wheelchair at the door, helped him in the wheelchair while I went and parked the van and later retrieved the van, helped him transfer to and out of the two lift chairs we tried, showed him all of the features, looked online for all potential options that would fit his tall size and even looked up adjustable beds as a potential option for our special needs. They were awesome. I would highly recommend them if you want to go to a store and be treated like a special customer, because you are special to them.

Really great business with exceptional customer service and prices. I rented a power wheelchair for my father, who is a stroke survivor. I reserved over the phone and received a confirmation email. Everything was as advertised. Casey and the team worked with my parents to explain how to use the product and helped load it into their vehicle. We do not live in Lexington but we’re traveling through for a vacation. They also accommodated us so my parents were able to return the electric wheelchair outside of regular business hours. I appreciate them working with my family to accommodate our specific needs. The power wheelchair is a game changer! Highly recommend.
