My wife was looking for one certain medical supply item that she was having trouble finding all over Morristown until we went into the Mobility Plus store in Morristown and the staff was very, very nice and helpful and the lady went to the back and found exactly what I was looking for and I was very satisfied!!!!! While me and my wife were there we looked around the whole store to see what all they had and they really have a big selection of items to help with caring for your elderly family members so we would definitely recommend anyone needing those types of items to go there for sure so they can help you out.

i have just bought a chair from this store and will say that the chair i purchased is the best chair i have owned in my 56 year old life. also, the pricing for this chair was better from them than comparable chairs i looked at in Knoxville and in Seviervile.

The best stock of mobility equipment in East Tennessee. They have everything you need! The customer service, the stock, the service quality... everything is beyond professional. I would recommend this store to anyone with mobility needs!

The price is good for rental items. However when you return then you should get your deposit back at time of return. Was told the owner was not there and he would write the check and I could pick up the next day. I come back and they say they only mail the checks which they didn’t even know how long it would take for me to get one back. Even stated they had not mailed it yet but would not give me the check while I was there at the store. This is poor Customer Service. Most people cannot wait to get their money back from a deposit weeks after when they were supposed to expect at time of return

The best customer experience that I have ever had. Came in looking for a scooter for my Nana. They made me feel like family going above an beyond the call of their jobs!!
