Extremely nice people went way out of there way to help me it was at closing time they did not try to rush me and I was in a bind needed a piece of equipment they had and I couldn't make it before closing time but they still made it happen if you need any kind of medical mobility equipment this is the only place to go can not say enough about the employee's

Bought lift chair for my husband disabled had to borrow the 2500 to begin with. Ordered big man. His feet hung over. Called said I am 5 ft ,3 in. I sat in chair and my feet hang over no way this is big man chair even sent them pictures. They said yes it is my husband said not wanting me to get to upset it's ok I will deal with it. Well now it's less than a year old won't recline. Called oh yes parts under warranty but you have to pay additional 170 dollars for me to come out there. Living on fixed income bought chair borrowed money very small for my husband barely fits me . Or I can bring it in for fifty. I wanted the best for my husband and got worse. I would of been better off buying a used lift chair. I guess then I would not have been do disappointed if it broke or wasn't right size. So now I have to decide what I do without next month to get a less than year old ,2500 chair fixed. I give a three because the lady who sold it really was nice and apologetic they got it so wrong and did her best to help

My wife was looking for one certain medical supply item that she was having trouble finding all over Morristown until we went into the Mobility Plus store in Morristown and the staff was very, very nice and helpful and the lady went to the back and found exactly what I was looking for and I was very satisfied!!!!! While me and my wife were there we looked around the whole store to see what all they had and they really have a big selection of items to help with caring for your elderly family members so we would definitely recommend anyone needing those types of items to go there for sure so they can help you out.

The price is good for rental items. However when you return then you should get your deposit back at time of return. Was told the owner was not there and he would write the check and I could pick up the next day. I come back and they say they only mail the checks which they didn’t even know how long it would take for me to get one back. Even stated they had not mailed it yet but would not give me the check while I was there at the store. This is poor Customer Service. Most people cannot wait to get their money back from a deposit weeks after when they were supposed to expect at time of return
